Meet Julie

Julie has a way about her that immediately sets clients at ease as they walk through the door. She creates a peaceful environment in her sessions in which you will find it comfortably natural to settle in, settle down, and let go of the stresses and burdens that may be holding you back from being who you want to be.

Julie began her career in the hospital setting as a Registered Dietitian counseling patients about food and nutrition. While putting her work on hold to raise a family, she became more interested in behavioral psychology and alternative medicine, and was excited to learn of new developments in the realm of Hypnotherapy. As a result of her desire to discover more about it, she travelled to Oregon for in-class training to insure she had the opportunity to learn and practice techniques face-to-face.

Developing expertise in Hypnotherapy has allowed Julie to cultivate skills that enhance her ability to help people make lasting changes in their lives. With Julie's focus on her Client's long term health and well being combined with her natural empathetic nature she discovered the potential for hypnosis to bridge the gap for long term success.

"Hypnosis is amazing! I'd never tried it, and Julie made me feel incredibly comfortable. Her voice is absolutely wonderful and her calm way of getting me into my subconscious is extremely healing. I plan to make this a part of my lifestyle. Julie is a true artist with people - I feel like she has painted a new me!" - C. B.

"A brain is much like an attic: both store stuff, perhaps needed, perhaps not. My brain was filled with past hurts, slights, and guilts. Sessions with Julie helped me take inventory of my "attic" and clean it out. Perhaps I only neatly refilled much of what was up there, perhaps I purged those thoughts that were holding me back. Regardless, I now know that I can face the past and not let it rule me." - K.N.
